Exhibitors:

There are several opportunities to engage with our conference attendees during SON2023. We ask that all exhibitors register as Exhibitors ($300 fee). A designated space and a table will be provided in the registration and break area of the conference center. Additionally, you will have access to all meals (breakfast and lunch) and networking events during the conference. Enjoy interacting and connecting with brilliant nematologists from the opening reception on the evening of July 9th through the final banquet reception on the evening of July 13th.

Industry and Sponsor Exhibit SetUp:
Exhibits will be arranged around the Great Hall Art Gallery adjacent to the breakfast, lunch, and meeting rooms for viewing throughout the meeting. Please set up your exhibit Sunday July 09, 2023, between 12:00 and 5:00 pm. Please take down your exhibit on Thursday July 13 between noon and 3:30 pm.
