January 31st – Deadline for Symposia/Workshop proposals and for Honorary Member Award nominations
Feb 1st – Conference registration and student travel award applications open
March 15th - Symposia/Workshop announcement
April 1st – Student travel award application deadline (winners announced 4/15/25)
April 30th – Abstract submission deadline
May 1st – Early registration deadline

June 12th – Last day for Hotel room block reservations

SON T-shirt Day!

Wednesday, July 16th is SON T-shirt Day! The goal is to all wear a SON T-shirt on our last day of talks and for our group photo.

With this initiative participants will:

• Increase SON’s visibility and brand awareness.
• Inject additional funds through the sale of t-shirts.
• Increase camaraderie and networking among participants.
• Activate a stronger sense of belonging to the society.
