The 2023 Annual Meeting of the Society of Nematologists

Columbus, Ohio




Please join us July 9 to 14, 2023 for the 62nd Annual Conference of the Society of Nematologists. The SON2023 meeting will be hosted in Columbus, Ohio and will be held at The Ohio State University campus Ohio Union Hall.

The scientific program for the SON2023 meeting will include symposia, workshops, and plenary speakers, as well as contributed oral and poster presentations. A full social agenda also is being planned and will include a field trip and social events. Hotel blocks near to campus as well as dormitory housing on campus will be made available for meeting attendees. Please be sure to share and follow the meeting on social media.

January 1, 2023 -  Call for Proposals for Symposia and Workshops. Submit your ideas here.

February 1, 2023 - Registration begins and Student Travel Award applications open

March 1, 2023 - Deadline for Symposia and Workshop proposals

March 17, 2023 - Symposia and Workshop announcement

April 1, 2023 -  Deadline to apply for Student Travel Awards; Nominations due for the John W. Webster Outstanding Student Award

April 30, 2023- Deadline for Abstract submissions (link to submit is emailed to you upon completing meeting registration)

May 1, 2023 - Last day to register for the Annual Meeting with early-bird pricing.

May 2, 2023 - Increase in Annual Meeting registration fees.

May 31, 2023 - Last day to book a room at the Graduate Hotel with our conference pricing.
