TRAVEL to and around PARK CITY

Nowhere else in North America will you find a four-season mountain resort this large and this close to a major international airport. With non-stop flights from over 70 U.S. cities into Salt Lake City International airport, it's easy to get to Park City from just about anywhere.
Once you land, you can get from concourse to the mountain in 40 easy minutes by bus, taxi or car (distance is 31 miles). We recommend taking a shuttle, bus, or taxi to Park City. Once here, getting around town is easy thanks to our free, bio-diesel, bike and ski-friendly public transportation system.  Here are the transportation services that are available for both airport transfers and shuttles around town:

Complimentary In Town Transportation Options:

• High Valley Transit: This small shuttle picks up guests steps away from the Grand Summit Hotel and takes them to the Transit Hub in the Cabriolet Lot.  From there the Park City Transit System can transport guests throughout town.  https://www.highvalleytransit.org/

• Park City Transit System:  This transit system runs throughout the Park City area.  Here is a map of the routes and schedules – note that your group would be accessing this system from the Canyons Village Transit Hub.  https://www.parkcity.org/departments/transit-bus/routes-schedules

Additional Transportation: 

• Grand Summit Hotel: The hotel provides a 6 passenger on demand shuttle that is based on availability.  This shuttle is strictly in town only, traveling from Kimball Junction to Main Street.

MEALS and REFRESHMENTS

This year, all Breakfast, Lunch, Mid-Morning, and Mid-Afternoon Breaks are included and on-site at the conference. Your registration fee also includes the final awards banquet dinner.
For your other dinners, we hope you take the opportunity to explore Park City's offerings.

HOTEL

 

The conference will be held at the Grand Summit Hotel (4000 The Canyons Resort Drive, Park City, UT).
We have reserved a block of rooms at the Hotel for $229/night for a double queen or king. This rate is available from Thursday August 1st through Monday August 12th to allow for sightseeing before and/or after the conference. Reservations at this rate are only available to book until July 3rd, 2024.

Individual Guestroom Cancellation: Cancellations for individual guest rooms made within 14 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservations period and all applicable taxes and fees. Any deposits received will be utilized towards said cancellation fee and any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card on file. Reservations are refundable if cancelled outside 14 days of arrival.

Individual Guestroom Deposit: All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. Resort will not hold any reservations unless secured by a credit card.
